Aurion was founded in 1974 with a vision to create organic and biodynamic grain products that respect nature and health. Based in Hjørring, Denmark, Aurion is one of the country’s oldest organic mills, known for stone-milled flours and whole grains sourced from trusted Danish farmers.
All products are free from additives and artificial aids, focusing on purity, taste, and sustainability. Aurion works closely with growers to ensure full traceability and the highest standards of organic farming.
